St. Louis has incredible parks and open space throughout the city, and yogis have been taking advantage of those beautiful spots to unroll their mats. Here are some of the staples of this rich tradition of outdoor yoga in St. Louis!
Yoga at Tower Grove Farmer’s Market
with Satinder Khalsa
Satinder has been offering yoga under the canopy of trees at Tower Grove Park during the Farmer’s Market since 2006. Each year, Satinder travels to India and spends months deepening his own knowledge of a style of yoga called Ashtanga. His passion for the practice of yoga is palpable, and his dedication to sharing Ashtanga in its most traditional form is what makes his classes unique, challenging, and inspiring.

SUPStLouis takes their boards to Rivers Edge Park in Chesterfield and Simpson Park in Valley Park. Their schedule isn’t up yet, but stay tuned on their website.
