Yoga at Tower Grove Farmer’s Market

Each year, Satinder travels to India and spends months deepening his own knowledge of a style of yoga called Ashtanga. His passion for the practice of yoga is palpable, and his dedication to sharing Ashtanga in its most traditional form is what makes his classes unique, challenging, and inspiring.
