The Yoga Buzz Zen Den is back at St. Louis Earth Day Festival for our third year in a row! Since 2015, Yoga Buzz has been providing a full day of free yoga at the MUNY grounds. But this year, hold on to your hats – we’ll be offering two full days of free yoga for adults and kids. That’s twelve yoga classes for adults plus twelve yoga classes for kids – twenty-four yoga classes total!
Each class is 45 minutes long. Kids’ classes will happen at the same time as the adult classes. We are excited to be partnering with Elephant Power to offer fun kids’ yoga experiences this year!
This year, we are featuring many of our Yoga Buzz teacher training graduates. These individuals are committed to sharing yoga with diverse communities throughout the St. Louis are. We hope you will be as inspired by these teachers as we are! Join the Facebook event page for updates throughout the coming weeks.

Yoga Buzz will be offering Accessible Yoga assistants at each of these classes, to share the practice with those who may practice with the support of a chair.*
*If you have any questions or require any special assistance at any of these classes, please contact us in advance at [email protected] While we will do our best to support any needs and will have assistants on site, we ask you kindly give us at least one week advance notice of any special requests, such as sign language interpretation, one-on-one assistance, etc. Guide dogs are welcome.
Chill, Shop, Donate
Before or after class, grab a cold, fizzy kombucha from Confluence Kombucha, shop beautifully handcrafted pants from Thailand, and peruse our collection of gently-loved activewear for awesome deals.
And don’t forget to bring any old yoga mats to donate! This year, Subaru is sponsoring our Yoga Mat Donation Drive. The first 500 yogis who visit the Subaru booth after hitting the mat with us will receive an awesome special gift!
Be a work of art!
In addition to two full days of yoga, we are also thrilled to be welcoming our friend, photographer Peggy Dyer. Peggy began the One Million Faces Project in Denver in 2009, and uses photography as a way to paint a portrait of America. The project inspires a sense of connection, and community, and spreads hope, love and peace all along the way. Art installations of Peggy’s work have been displayed at Yoga Journal Estes Park, Winter Park Yoga Festival – plus, you may have the opportunity to add your face and message to the project!

Do you what age can you accommodate for the kids yoga class. I have 2.5 years son that I would like to bring for the kids yoga class.
2.5 is great! You’re welcome to sit in on the class with your son if you’d like (or if he’d like you to). (:
