The Yoga Buzz program launches this weekend (!!!!) and we are so excited to launch into this adventure. Part of the beauty of yoga is that there are so many unique styles, and people respond differently to different practices. As a part of our 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training program, we have invited a group of guest yoga teachers to share their unique style of yoga with our trainees. This will provide an opportunity for teacher trainees to experience different styles, followed by a Q&A session with the teacher to learn about the philosophy and methodology behind their style.
These sessions are open to the public, as well! There are as many styles of yoga as there are individuals who practice, and this is only a small sample of yoga styles available in St. Louis. The St. Louis Yoga Tour is a great opportunity to sample a variety of styles to discover something new.
Each class is 75 minutes long, and open to all-levels. Stick around afterwards for a Q&A session to learn more about the hows-and-whys of the style.

Mindful Movements is located at 1400 N Market Street in Old North St. Louis. There is plentiful street parking around the studio. No need to pre-register – just show up!
